I had seen these being sold and searched on google and good Ol' Martha has them on her site...thought I would share...Staceys thread about making bella bands got me remembering I wanted to make some old T shirts into shopping bags since knit fabric doesn't fray, you don't even need to sew the raw edges......just think, you could have bags in all size ranges even using baby shirts for a small bag to seperate stuff like when they put your make up or gum in a tiny bag inside you rbigger shopping bags...

Dude! Totally easy! I can't wait to try this.
I am currently making diaper inserts for my g diapers out of microfiber cloths covered by fleece. That way, I don't even have to use the g diaper disposable liners!

Awesome Erin...I made a ton of those for Gdipes and I use them as diaper inserts for fuzzi bunz and thirsties too...heck I also just lay them on a cover and use them like that!
I am so raiding Neils Tshirts to make a ton of bags...I feel so guilty using grocery bags! and I have a ton of the store totes but i always forget to bring them back to the car!

I made a tube sling from the pattern you had - didn't turn out too great. It just hangs a little funny and I can't figure out what I did. She feels far away from me, but looks really smushed.
and it tends to slip off my shoulder.

Hey Seasyn, I have a pattern for making these with old sweaters too. You can felt wool sweaters and then cut them into bags. (felting them keeps them from fraying) I started one, but I haven't finished it.
