I can't believe it has been 10 years already though! But the thing is I started thinking how old you were at the time....which then made me realize you are closer to Salina's age than my age :D

Geez, more info is coming out now about the guy and he used to live in Petaluma up until a few years ago and worked as a school teacher until his license was revoked for child pornography! What is wrong with people?!

pretty scary to think that he lived in Petaluma and worked with Kids! It is too bad that Pasty could have not been here for the outcome. What is wrong with people today? At least they finally have a suspect, just wonder why it took so long...

I dont know what is going on; if its the media who help screw things up or what. I love watching that show called cold case files and it always amazing me how easy it is not to have enough pieces to the puzzle to solve the crime but somehow years later the police find exactly what they need to nail the guys who did it.

A couple of years ago two girls were murdered on Halloween just a couple house down from my dad's place in Napa. The eventually caught the year alos to year later because he started talking. The worst of it all was the he was a friend of the girls and murdered them in a jelous rage.

OMG really. I remember when they were filming the reinactment for TV but I never saw it. I really wanted to catch that. I got all my info from my dad and the Napa Register.

my dad worked with the boys dad. One of the girls he killed moms spoke at his wedding (after the fact), it was just completely messed up. I want to say he was jealous that his fiancee was going over to her friends house one day instead of hanging out with him, this girl was supposed to be in their wedding party I think, just seriously retarded and such a dickweed. I don't think he actually "talked", they finally traced the EXTREMELY RARE brand of cigarette he smoked to her house after the murders or something, they questioned him and then he confessed. Otherwise I think he would have gone on a lot longer sleeping with his wife knowing he killed her best freind and then pretending to grieving and stuff. I mean the girls mom took them under her wing and stuff, the guy that murdered her daughter she was like best buds with for a long time after I guess... I just remember being shocked that my dad worked with his dad (dad said they were both crazy as hell)

i also had read that it had something to do with him being involved with one of the girls and had caught the two together and he fliped. The second girl just got caught in the murder because she was trying to help her roommate. of course this is what i read in the paper but considering how twisted he was it wouldn't have surprised me. luckily the girl sleeping down stairs got out and was able to run to a neighbors house.

we went trick or treating on that block last year, one year after the murders, and there were so many of the neighbors who were upset that everything was "back to normal" considering it was the anniversary of the murder.

I saw the special on TV. It was Dateline NBC or something like that. Chad and I always get sucked into watching that on Friday and Saturday nights. It was pretty creepy and the cigarette thing was what lead to his arrest. The whole story was crazy.

Or how about one of the headlines in the paper this morning... "He had a creepy thing for dead girls" Uuummm.. hellloooo....where is a fascination with dead girls not creepy!!!
