No, this is not funny, but the journalist's screw up is.
Original First sentence, since corrected:
"Petaluma police have issued an alert after a man dressed in only a T-shirt
was spotted by four young girls masturbating in his car near Petaluma High
School Tuesday afternoon."
The comments are priceless...

And, if police are still searching for him ... it sounds as if, ahem, he
