My husband woke up yesterday with a sore throat... then our son started coughing and sounded congested... now we all have runny noses, sore throats, and a case of the sneezes. Does anyone know if something is going around? I feel like total crap and am already wiped out from getting up at 5:30am every morning to go to work...

Eek, I hope to stay cootie free! I was just thinking the other day how it had been MONTHS since any of us here have been sick but now that Salina is back to school I am sure it won't be long...

we are all sick.. well were and now I'm fighting it now that everyone else is getting over it. Sevannah and James (my DH) both ran fevers... Jazper didn't. They all had runny noses/sinus stuff/cough and congestion. I'm having a bit of a runny nose and a slight sore throat and am exhausted!! It hasn'r helped that Jazper is having a growth spurt and is nursing about every 90 minutes and eating two "large" portions of rice cereal (mixed with breast milk) a day!!

Hope you feel better soon! Lots of fluids and Vitamin C! :)

We had that here also. Lucca and Chad had it, and I am fighting it off right now. It is a bad one. I watched my nephew they day Lucca got sick(before I knew she was sick) and she gave it to him and my BIL.

We got it last weekend and were pretty messed up. This is the first time my husband didn't get sick thank goodness. I'm finally feeling better but Kayla still has a horrible cough.

Great... Makes me miss the good 'ol days when I could just stay inside like a hermit and play with Emanuel. I hope it doesn't last too long. I tried to get some rest last night... but then at 2:30am the fire alarm went off in our building of our apartment complex and stayed on for 30 minutes. The baby didn't even wake up (thank goodness)... but I was up for at least an hour, and then up again a half hour later to nurse... then up again at 5:30am to get ready to work. Sigh. I'm already exhausted and ready to go home and take my nap and it's only 7:20am!!

I feel run down and yucky but that is because I must be heading towards going into labor (at least that is my story!) After a 5 hour false labor Sun night/Mon morning I am still pooped since that means I lost 5 hours worth of sleep time and then had to get up to pack my 5 yos lunch and tend to my 3 yo and 22 mo all day. But it means I am going into labor REALLY! But it does sound like something is going around.

hang in there lisa! it'll be real labor soon! I knwo how that whole false labor things feels. had it with jazper for 7 hours one day. Not fun because you think you're about to be done. Try to stay positive! We're all thinking happy labor thoughts for you! :)
