I TRUELY believe that he studied the case, read so much, watched so much, etc, that he fabricated memories of murdering her as a way to fulfill some sort of fantasy he has, and that he truely believes he was the one who did it.

I also have the say that in my gut for about a week now i guess i've felt like it wasn't him. Ever since the ex-wife said he wasn't in Colorado that night, I've been leery

I also think he studied the case. Once his Ex wife said he was not there, it made me doubtful that he did it. I think he was looking for a free ticket to the United States.....

He has charges for child pornography in California (petaluma) right now, and he'll get busted for filing a false report (pleading guilty).
The tricky thing is he'll probably go back to Tailand... it's where most pedophiles go b/c the child sex trades are so advanced there. He can go there, and buy a child to have sex and create pornography with and it's all perfectly legal.

The sad thing is that so many of these sick bastards don't get the punishment that they deserve.

Long Story short, my cousin was molested by her father since she was 18 months old and raped until she was in high school. It only stopped after he had moved onto her brother and tried with the the youngest, her sister, who ended up speaking up in school about what her father was tried to do to her and was doing to her older siblings. In the end becuase of the law, he only got a few years in prison, was still allowed to have contact with the kids and is now out of jail.

The worst of it all is that my cousins were not the first one he did this too and he did the same thing to kid children of his first marriage. Now he is one sick bastard.

I truly hate the laws that surround child molestation/pornography. I think castration is a good plan for people that commit those kinds of crimes... and then perhaps the individual can get dumped off on some remote island without food or fresh water. I know it sounds inhumane... but so is stealing away the innocence of a child. I hope this Karr sicko goes to jail and some of the other inmates take the opportunity to take out their own fantasies on him. Sick bastard.

I completely agree with you. Supposidly there is a prisoners law that if an immate comes in who has done these kinds of crimes they are marked and are on the lowest rank in prison. THe bad thing about my cousin's father was that he was a smooth talker and could charm anyone. Even when he was on trial he had huge support from so many poeple and they all though my cousin was making it up. I can't imagine what kind of mind trip this did to her but i do know she had a nervous breakdown twice while on trial and again when he was scheduled to get out. SHe is one pretty messed up kid (well all the kids are)

That's why the laws that protect these perverts make me so mad... These sickos completely destroy the lives of the children they hurt, do a couple of years (or sometimes none at all!!)... and then get out of jail (only to repeat offend 99.9% of the time). There should be "situational justification" for cruel and unusual punishment; and hurting children definitely justifies cruel and unusual punishment in my opinion.

Jr said he hopes that karr gets put in jail with some guy who's in prison for killing his daughters rapist. LOL. that would serve him right.

Jackie, That would be great. There really should be special punshiment for those who hurt children. If we can kill someone for killing another why can't we think of some kind of cruel punshiment for rapist and child molesters.
