ugh... anyone know where this is?

So I have a session today on Eu Franc Ave in Sebastopol....
Atleast that's how i believe she spelt it on the phone (i guess maybe my phone coudl have cut out during another letter?) and when i look it up on mapquest, it just gives me directiosn INTO sebastopol... not to that road... does anyone know where that road (or a road that sounsd just like it) is?
