Today has been such a rough day. I have had this headache that wont go away. it totally sucks. DH came home in time to go to the bank himself and brought back dinner. Shelsea didn't sleep long enough for me to get more then a half hour nap and has been wide awake for hours now. I so need some rest. I really don't know what has set it off other then maybe lack of sleep combined with a long drive with out sunglasses. I hope tomorrow is better.
Does anyone have a remedy they like to use for headaches. I have taken tylenol but its not kicking it. tonight i am going to try benadryl just in case its allergy related and so i can get some sleep.

i took some more Tylenol last night along with some benadryl so i slept pretty good. I still have a little lingering headache but its not like yesterday.

I get them from lack of sleep and staring at the computer too many hours...but that wouldn't make sense since you are never on the computer. LMAO

I actually haven't been on much during the day this weekend since my SIL was here and we have been driving all over the place which is way cool. its nice to be away from this place but i am so friggin behind now that i have many computer hours ahead of me this week

Tylenol doesn't do much of anything for me anymore. I take any kind of ibuprofen instead (I like Advil becaues the coating is yummy:)). If you still have your headache, I would try ibuprofen to see if that takes care of it.
