I love Denver Omletes. I can't make one to save my life so I go to Don Taylor's :D

My omelet of choice is Egg whites with peperjack cheese, green bell pepers, onions, smoked ham and topped with salsa.

I do make my own, but my fav is the #10 w/ rarebit sauce at Omelet Express. When I make them I generally use either ham and cheese or zucc and cheese. I don't go too crazy.

I make all sorts! Basically I can make any kind of omelet you'd think up. :giggle

My favorite includes, homestyle browned potatoes, avocado, salsa, cilantro, jack cheese, and bacon bits! YUMMY!!!!!

I LOVE omelet express but i love going to the one in SR since Don is usually there.

I love omelets, and I've never been to Omelet Express. We tried once, but it was packed.

I love spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, and TONS of cheese in my omelettees:)

Lately, I've been on a Florentine-Benedict kick, with ham and spinach and Hollendaise sauce. But usually, I like Mexican-style omeletes, with lots of sour cream, salsa and cheese.
