Cool ice cream alternative

Scott is on a mission to find an ice cream he can eat, that doesn't have all the fat and sugar and still tastes good. He has tried several recipes but hasn't been able to find "the one". But this blog looks pretty cool and he is going to try some of these recipes. I know there are some ice cream o'holics on here, so thought I would share

this is a great site. I am going to try some of those out. they sound so yummy
