I finally got my site back up and running with new web address redirect. I'm so excited, i'm beside myself this morning :thumb
That said, I want to start gearing up for the holiday's now that it seems they are just around the corner. I really could use your help.
I would love to start offering Holiday Cards on my site but i need samples. If anyone is interested in helping out please let me know. What I need are family photos that I can turn into holiday greeting cards or postcards. There is no design or art set-up fee cost to you and I will pay for the first 10 cards myself if you chose you would like to share the finished product with your friends and family. All I ask in return is your permission to post the finished product on my site (I will change names at your request) and a testimonial.

OMG becky you must have been reading my mind! LOL I would love to do holidays cards that have the kids' pic on them! Let me find a pic that we think we want to use and I'll get it to you! Call me if you have any questions.
PS: sorry I didn't call you back the other day. got home and started finishing stuff from the CL playdate and then James got home early and yesterday was kind of a blur. today I've been super grumpy and tired... so tired I fell asleep on the living room floor while James was watching football!

no prob! I was looking at cards today in a catalog thinking "I really want to do this this year wince we have two kiddos now! YAY!! I'm excited! :D

cool cool cool. I have usually used the girls santa photos but i was thinking this year to do something different. I'm really looking forward to this and appreciate your help.

ya last year we just used "regular" cards for christmas and put sopies of Sevannah's santa photo in them. But this year I really want to do a pic of both kids as the actual card, kwim? I'll start looking through the ones I already have and try taking some more so we can play with a few different ones if you want.

Hey Becky-- How many families do you need and when do you need photos by??? We don't have ANY family photos yet-- but we are planning to go and get some done sometime soon-- just not sure when.
Hey guys. Becky and I were talking and I'm actually needing some family photos to use on my site as well. So we decided to offer a join special.
If you want to do becky's holiday cards (beautiful by the way, I had her portfolio last week and they are awesome) but don't have a photo you want to use, I'm doing an additional offer for SCM members.
On October 7th and 8th I'm doing Family Mini-Sessions for the holiday.
These are NOT full sessions, they are short sessions, outdoors, designed to get a great family portrait for cards and gifts.
for $35 you will receive your session (A $25 value) and a 8x10 print of your choice (a $20 value) as well as be able to use any of your photos on becky's cards.
JUST for SCM members, I'm offering an ADDITIONAL 10% off any print orders (great for grandparents gifts, etc)
Be sure to PM me ASAP as there are VERY limited spots for these sessions.

I also want to add that if you are using your own photo that i will take photos up until Nov. 12th which will still allow time for design and printing. I dont know how soon Santa Photos start up here so this is just a guess.

Santa typically "arrives" at the mall the week before Thanksgiving... at least he did last year. When I was younger he didn't "arrive" until the weekend of Thanksgiving. There was a whole parade and everything... not anymore! :frown
Jackie: I'll have to check with James to see if we want it just the kids (and if so if that's to includes our 4 legged ones! :smile) or the whole family. I'll let you know!
Anna: Since we'll be at a park, any animals are welcome :)

Since we have a few new members since I first posted this i thought i would post a little reminder for you all. I still need samples (please i'm begging here)
I don't need a professional photo although i do have a deal worked out with jackie if you are interested.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for the reminder becky. I took a bunch of pics of the kids last week so I'll go through them and pick a couple I like and call you so we can hook up sometime this week. :)
And for anyone interested in having their pictures done for them, I only have 2 sessions available before the cutoff date for christmas orders. (October 21, and November 5)
