I think I need help

This a public forum, so I can't go into to much detail about the situation why I need these pictures.

Anyway, I have some pics with V's face, my car's license number, etc....
I'm burning a CD for my neighbor who needs what's "IN" the photo as proof for something.

How do I blurr out the face, etc...

Seems I only have Adobe Photoshop 4.0.
I also have the Zoom Browser, but it only does basic stuff.
Oh wait! I do have the Creating Keepsakes Scrapbooking, but not sure if that's going to do what I want.

If they are uploaded in Flickr, you can edit the photos from there. When I put pics of my car online, I blurred out the license plate by making a black square and putting it over the numbers. If you need me to help, let me know.

Your PS may have a blur tool (don't know what edition is started on) but it's in the tools pallette and looks like a drop of water. If you get really stuck, just email me the jpeg and I can do it in a sec. for ya.

You can also just take things out in Microsoft Paint too. I've used it before for similar things. Much easier IMO than PS. I still can't figure that program out. :lol
