Well, b/c our site is already pink, I've changed everyones user names to Pink font for October!
For those few of you who aren't aware, It's October and that means It's National Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
I wanted to include a few educational links, and a kind word from PinkforOctober.org I want to ask you a favour. Do a little more. Read about cancer. What it does to a person’s body, to their mind, to their family. Look for the positives and the negatives. The write about it. Podcast about it. Vidcast about it. Talk about it in that thing I am told still does exist called “real life.” Find at least two people to bother and tell them everything you learned. Kinda like I am bothering you right now.
This is such an incredible cause.. Take 5 minutes out of your busy life and visit these sites below. If you have $10 or $5 or even $1 to spare, send it to them. It can help save someones life. You could be a hero for someone you've never even met. Doesn't that sound like a lovely way to start the month?
