:hungry this article is shocking! it shows the calories/fat from a few places and alternate meals you should have instead but even those are packed full of fat and calories:stuffface ...kind of a good reminder to watch what you eat when you are out and about!...I mean really, 77 grams of fat for BREAKFAST?!?!!?:puke it's no wonder why America is soooo fat! remember we all have the CHOICE to eat this crap or not...so I think this article will be a bit of a help for those thinking a simple side of hash browns at BK are not gonna do any harm...
