I stopped by Senk Farms on Keiser Rd. in RP today and I hope you all can make a trip by there. I'm not sure of their hours but I went by there today (Sunday) around 12:00. They let me pick my own pumpkin and she said nothing was over $5 and they were beautiful, all different types! She also had tomatoes and peppers for 25 cents and lavender (not sure the price). It is a very small farm and has only enough parking for about 8 cars but the ladies there were so nice!

Then, I went to Petaluma to meet a friend at Chileno Valley Ranch www.chilenobnb.com for some apple picking. They have organic apples for $2/lb and we gathered fresh eggs from the coops for $6/dozen and they also sold tomatoes and grass-fed ground beef. They let the kids roam free and they were also very nice. :thumb Sundays from 12-4 and you should call ahead.
