I have had a few people ask about sewing machines lately...and Overstock.com has a ton at a really great value...this one is only 99 dollars AND has decorative stitches! it even comes with a walking foot (it moves the fabric through easier walking it through so you don't have to pull it through as you sew...) for free! (normally 70 bucks)

that's very similar to my machine (that i really need to go get fixed). same brand, and same idea, but no fancy lcd screen for me. lol. i highly recommend that one :)

I think I am gonna get it (even though I have 4 other sewing machines) hehehe it's the last day for 1 dollar shipping and OMG I seriosuly am drooling over this thing!!!...I so want the decorative stitches AND it rethreads and cuts the thread itself!! I would be in heaven...I am gonna need a more heavy duty machine than the ones I have....so i think this one is right on the money!

Those are great deals, but I'm holding out for a serger. :) The discounts weren't deep enough on those.

I bought one at Costco for $150, last night it was on Overtsock for $140. When I went to Costco with my mom in August they still had it. I love it..... :) The one at Costco came with a table for quilting and a bunch of different feet, including a walking foot. Did I mention that I love it??? :D

I already have a serger...but eventually I want one that automatically threads itself...with just a push of a button the air forces it through...sergers are such a PITA to rethread so I end up just using white more of the time but I intend on serging decoratively more often so i want to ease the changes of thread
