wow vineyards are much taller then I thought

Today's family session was taken in a set of vineyards near the family's home. I have been by this place many times before but never really thought they were all that tall. Well today i found out how wrong i was and it was by a long shot. I just couldn't get over how tall vineyards really can get. Even with my arms straight up they would still me taller than me. It was totally cool :) Goes to show I did not grow up around here :giggle

Now I want to have my photo taken in the vineyards.

the vine height can vary depending on the kind of vines and how closely they are planted. Were you trying to hold your cameral above the top of the vine?

oh i was just surprised how tall they really can be. I have never been so close to wines before except those in front of the Robert Mondovi Winery. I just thought i was really cool to be standing in the middle and for them to be so much taller than me :D It was fun. I have always just seen all the various vineyards from a distance and in my car but never standing there.
