I've been having pain in my mouth for a couple of days and it isn't getting any better :( I am hoping it isn't my teeth, but can't tell if it is or not. I would think a kanker sore would either heal by now or I would see something, but I don't see anything. It hurts so bad it is hard to eat :( I am using orajel, gargled with salt water and took some advil. At least it feels good to drink starbucks, guess I am on a liquid diet now!

Anyone ever have pains like this? It hurts to open my mouth and the pain is in the rear near my wisdom teeth (there is one in that side and one still down). I sure wish my work had dental insurance right about now.

Yikes....I hope it's not the wisdom tooth! THat's what I first though of.

What kind of pain? Is it localized or just a general aching? I clench my teeth at night when I am stressed. I usually wake up with all of my back teeth hurting and my jaw feeling tired. You've had a lot of stress lately, do you notice you're grinding or clenching your teeth at all or waking up in the middle of the night with pain?

do you have room for a wisdom tooth to errupt? So, painful while it comes but not bad for you if you don't have major crowding... It could also possibly be an abcess, or "regular" old cavity perhaps if it is a bit more generalized...
