I eat oatmeal or the TJs cereal called "High Fiber" - with blueberries

Little Eman rarely eats breakfast. If he does, it's a piece of buttered toast or a few bites of cold cereal. Just last weekend dh and I agreed to stop trying to force him to eat breakfast.

DH eats... eggs & toast on the weekend and usually yogurt on weekdays.

Me - I'm not an every day breakfast person, so usually the first meal I eat is lunch.

Caden - turkey or low fat sausages, waffle or pancakes, piece of fruit and some milk... he has been eating this for months and I'm worried that he is going to revolt one day and not eat it ever again.

Scott - he goes to the gym really early, so usually has a power bar or protein drink before he goes and then has egg beaters or yogurt with fruit or granola or some protein intensive thing for breakfast a little later in the morning.
