I thought I'd pass it on. We don't have too many Carter's items ourselves...not sure if any of them are the tags in question. But someone else on the board may have things they no longer want to put on their baby due to the possible rash. So that's why I posted the instructions. TaivensMama 11-14-2008, 01:55 PM I just called and they were very nice :) they are sending me an package to send the clothes in and said it will go out on monday and then said it would take upto 4 weeks to get a refund since there are only 7 of them and they are being bombarded with returns. They would have the label shown in the photo I attached. Right, it's the label that is the full block of "ink." Older tags were, well, tags. And newer ones are text without the white block behind/around it. EDIT: from "A Message from Carter's" (http://www.carters.com/Corporate/tagless_message.aspx) The reported skin rashes have been associated with tag-less labels used in our Fall 2007 product line. These labels have a solid, rather than stenciled, background. Prior and current Carter’s product lines utilize labels with stenciled backgrounds and have not been linked to skin rashes. . |
