View Full Version : Don't buy from Westinghouse!
In the vain of Jackie's problems with Comcast, I have been dealing with Westinghouse about our brand new LCD TV for the last 5 months!! DON'T BUY WESTINGHOUSE! Our 30" LCD broke 3 mo after we purchased it. We sent it to Westinghouse's repair center in Colorado at our expense and 5-mo later we are still without a TV and are constantly getting the runaround about when we will be sent a 'refurbished' TV since they couldn't repair ours. Bad customer service and horrible product!! No one will do anything except promise that the TV will be sent out 'soon'...I have bee getting that story for 3 weeks now and even spoke to the manager many times. What pisses me off the most is that no one even apologized about the inconveience of not having our TV for so long or can offer us anything to compensate for it. URGH!
that is REDICULOUS.
go on bbb.org and report them.... Someone actually recommended I do that when I told them about comcast. She said that she made a payment on their mortgage and the company applied it to the wrong loan, then sold the loan and told her that she had to go get her money back from the other company herself. :faint
She reported them to the Better Business Bureau and within 2 days it was sorted out and she had their lawyers calling her appologizing.
I forgot about BBB. I have been going online to anyplace that lets you review their product and posting not to buy from them. I will hit up BBB next!
also, look them up on yahoo maps... you can write a review there as well

ePinions.com also, I tend to go there to look over people's review when making big purchases.

omg sara that sucks! I would be beyond pissed and heads would be rolling somewhere! :lol
