Baking a Ham

Our oven does every function but straight bake.

The convection bake works though, is it okay to convect bake a ham?

We need to get the oven fixed but I doubt it'll be done before Christmas.

Hmmmm I have never done that...I would think it would, only just faster than your typical baking. I know they are GREAT for cooking/roasting whole chickens...they cook in a lot less time and are way more moist when cooked in a convection oven!

i have no idea. i only made a ham once and didn't like it so now i just order mine from honey baked.
