Seriously, I am a major :loser .. I have a very addictive personality, and these damn books got me! I read Midnight Sun after finishing Breaking Dawn night before last, and am now rereading Twilight, and I LOVE having that extra insight as to what Edwards thinking/doing.. and I LOVE that I saw the movie before reading the books.. I can totally *see* them doing everything I'm reading...

I got sucked in by the madness!!!!

Also...when I first saw the movie I thought Rob Pattinson was an okay looking guy... now having read everything I think he is perfect for the role.. and his looks have grown on me, too.. .

I swear, I feel like a freakin 16 year old again :loser

that is pretty cool. I like how you said seeing the movie first was okay to do. I always get irritated when i read the book first and notice what is different from the book. I think I will wait to read twilight and see the movie first too. that way the last memory would be what i read and i can still associate the movie characters like you did

Midnight sun is the next book (if she decides to finish it after it was leaked...) It is on her site, now (and HERE (http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/pdf/midnightsun_partialdraft3.pdf) ) It's a rewrite of book 1 told from edwards perspective .. LOVE it! I am SO hoping she will finish and release that one, and then do another book 2 rewrite from Jacobs perspective :thumb and no, I haven't seen the new jacob.. who is he?

So, I'm right there with ya, Kellie! I just started Breaking Dawn this morning and will read the draft of Midnight Sun afterwards. I'm kinda sad that I'm at the end of the series already.

I told my friend at lunch today that I am having an imaginary affair with a vampire who looks exactly like Robert Pattinson! Even with his new short hair cut, I still think he is absolutely beautiful:)

From what she said on her website, I don't think she really plans on writing any more right now :( about the Cullens because of the leaking of the manuscript, so I was ok reading it online (I had originally said I'd just wait until Midnight Sun was out).

Well, I am done with Breaking Dawn, and read the portion of Midnight Sun that was written yesterday. I gotta say that I am really upset at whoever leaked Midnight Sun. Just like you, Erin, I would not have read it if she wouldn't have released the draft on her site. Even the 260+ pages she has so far is amazing, and I really wish she would find it in her to write the rest. Whoever it was that leaked it has ruined it for all of us fans:(

I am so glad they are getting a new Jacob too. There is no way that Taylor kid could play the Jacob in New Moon or beyond. No WAY unless they used some sort of computer graphics on him.

And, I had been worried about how Breaking Dawn would end, but it ended perfectly IMO. I was worried that if it ended how I wanted it to end then it would be a cheesy ending, but it wasn't cheesy at all.

On her site, Stephenie states that Midnight Sun is on hold indefinitely due to the leak of her draft. The first 264 pages that she has released, though, are so good. Its too bad that it was leaked. It ruins it for the rest of us who are really wanting her to work on it. She said if she were to work on it now that all of the Cullens would probably die.

Being that I am now a true addict, I had to join Twilighters Anonymous. Anyway, if you're interested in joining, they have this great Fan Fiction section. People have continued on the stories in their own words. Some are pretty good, some not so much, but worth the entertainment to say the least.

Plus, it also makes me feel good to realize that I am not as bad as an addict as some people out there!
