Won't ALL analog (aka airwave/antenna) TV cease in Feb?

OK, yeah, I found it: http://www.dtv.gov/
On February 17, 2009 all full-power broadcast television stations in the United States will stop broadcasting on analog airwaves and begin broadcasting only in digital. Digital broadcasting will allow stations to offer improved picture and sound quality and additional channels.

Unless you have a digital converter, which costs between $40 and $70.. and they were givign away *credit cards* worth $40 off of your converter.. which we got :Thumb so we have 2 converters, and I think it only cost us $20...? which means we'll still get free antenna tv ;)

We bought an antenna from radio shack a while back but didnt get any channels clearly.... And we live in Windsor so you'd think there would be a strong enough signal... What a waste :(
