This site first started out as a paid site, but upon further discussion, it has become a free site. What that means is, anyone who registers before January 1st 2006 will be able to come and post in our forums for free with full access to all forums, including private forums, as well as other features such as avatars and private messaging capabilities as Gold Member. If you wish to gain access to these features, you will have to either sign up before January 1st 2006, or purchase a Gold Membership after January 1st 2006.
If you sign up before January 1st, your free membership will carry you though January 1st 2007
Certain forums will remain unavailable to Gold Memers until they have met the criteria of being a "Verified Member". A Verified Member is someone who has been a member for 30 days or more, has posted over 50 times, and has met either myself or another Verified Member in person. The only reason this limitation is is place is to help keep us and our families safe. With the internet being such an open community, it's possible to not really know who you are talking to. This has become an increasingly alarming problem on the internet, so we are combatting it by keeping the pictures of our friends and family, our personal questions, and our personal information as private as possible
