I hadn't heard about this and I'm wondering since the new law states that a convicted offender can not reside within 2000 feet of a private or public school, will this include homes that homeschool?

probably. MAybe we need someone in every neighborhood that "homeschools (even if they dont) so that the sex offenders are forced to go live on an island somewhere. LOL

ugh

a registered sex offender has claimed the law illegally strips him of constitutional rights

b/c you were VERY mindful of the constitutional rights of the person you attacked/raped/molested.

Problem is that the law not retroactive so already registered pervs are not effected.
