That's so not okay! Whatever the "discipline" was it should have been more than just a "discipline". I agree that she sould have been fired. But if she wasn't, I can think of something that would be worse for her. Since she seems to have an aversion to nursing she should have to sit and watch moms nurse their kids for 40 or so hours and take multiple classes on breastfeeding so she has to LEARN how natural it is; that women have the right to nurse in public; and that it is by far the healthiest option for momma and baby!
