View Full Version : Mancini's Sleep World LMS 11-18-2006, 02:28 PM wow, they have awesome service! I went in today and bought a new mattress set for our bed and we love it. I foudn one in store. Went home. called to order it by phone once i'd decided for sure. I called and ordered it at around 1pm, and they said it would be delivered tomorrow! That's so awesome! She sleeps in a chair and the sales guy felt bad that she had been sleeping in the chair for so long, so he made her this awesome deal. Scott and I went in their last year to look at the memory foam beds and the salesman pushed and pushed at me to buy something that day and I told that I would not be buying anything that day but I needed information so that we could decide what we were going to buy. As soon as I told him that, he walked away from me and wouldn't help me anymore. The jerk! LMS 11-18-2006, 04:33 PM wow - that's awful! Our guy was really great and I explained that my mom was buying us a mattress as a christmas gift but since she's in florida we are buying it and she'll pay us back. So we had a $ limit ($600) so he showed us two "sets"... one set was $499, and had a firm, a plush and a pillowtop, and one "set" was $599 and has the same three styles. meeg124 11-18-2006, 04:41 PM Jackie - That is a nice gift from your mom. I'm never sure how I feel about those "grown up" gifts though. I always appreciate them but somehow it just isn't the same as when you got toys and stuff as a kid :lol Megan LMS 11-18-2006, 05:02 PM LOL, I always love my mom's gifts. Last year we got a washer and dryer. She's great b/c she gives the kinds of gifts that you'll really use a LOT but that you would never spend the money on for yourself. meeg124 11-18-2006, 05:05 PM I like practical gifts and I like to give practical gifts too, but they just don't feel the same as getting something fun. Scott hates practical gifts... every year I give him a pair of underwear as a joke.
