View Full Version : 10 minute trainer becky 02-08-2009, 02:10 AM Has anyone seen the infomercial for Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer (http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/best_sellers/10_minute_trainer.do?code=BBHOME_PARSEA_TMT)? This sounds like the perfect program for us moms who have no time to work out. I wanna try it millie0312 02-08-2009, 12:20 PM I have the power 90 series (not the power 90 X- that is too hard for me!)- it's really really tough and good. however, somehow i still have not been working out on much other than like 10 minutes on my wii fit... ;) lol anyway- the 10 min trainer is probably good- if it's anything like the power 90 (which is good but like 30 mins), i'm sure it will kick your butt. be advised they can be expensive- my program was like 100+ bucks!! worth it but expensive....
