I like the evening after the kids go to bed. I love spending time with them during the day, but I always feel accomplished after I get it all done and the kids are asleep and the house is in order.

anytime after the kiddos (all of them) are sleeping. some would say that is late night but maybe that is also considered early morning depending on the time :lol

I prefer the afternoon...the morning is done, but there's still much more day to be had :thumb

My favorite is the early morning, when the sun is barely up. Everything is so beautiful and peaceful then. :love

Normally I would say anytime between early morning and afternoon.

But these days I have to say other... which basically means I'm too sleep deprived to really care or notice anything other than being tired. Ya sad I know.

Mornings are especially difficult....hence my lack of exuberance in my response.

i voted for afternoon - but it's probably more along the lines of "early evening"...mainly because i get off work at 3:30 and home by 4:30 to see my baby! i love that feeling of cuddling him after a long day of crapola! :love

:yeah, not a lot of cuddling anymore but I do get some hugs and the smiles and giggles make it all worth while.

I said other.
I can't choose just one. :)
It varies on the day.
Sometimes the mornings are good, sometimes the evening.
It just depends on what is going on that day.

I also like early evening, when i get to go pick my daughter and hang out with her for a little while when we get home. Too bad she fell asleep in the car on the way home today.:(

I put evening, but it's tied with late night. For the same reason Sara said. I love spending time with the kids, and I miss them when they're asleep, but I feel accomplished and like I can really relax at that point.

I love the early morning! It's strange, left to my own devices I become a night owl, but I really like it when I have a schedule that gets me up and out into the dawn. ...The calm and quiet before the birds start to chirp, and a little breeze kicks up ahead of the light as if the dawn is displacing air ahead of it like water in the wake of a ship. There is that moment when you suddenly realize it is light enough to see. The way the morning rays gild the tops of the trees with honey light that slowly drip their way down. amazing.

I have never been an early riser although I wish I were. I find that my energy peeks in the afternoon. With going back to work and becoming a night worker I am sure that will all change.

Man, I am NOT a morning person. Thankfully M. usually wakes up about 7:30 or 8, and we snuggle in bed for awhile.

I like the mornings best with Maddie, because that is when she is the happiest and most cheerful. Afternoons are usually fussy.

And although I love spending time with M. there is something very special about after she is in bed asleep and the house is tidied and all is right in the world.
