Has anyone here heard that sad song Alyssa Lies? OMG I have been hearing that song on the radio since it came out. Problem is that I was not really listening to the words until I heard the radio DJ say what a sad song it was. Then I listened and cried

I listen to country but haven't heard this song yet. We rarely listen to the radio anymore with Sevannah always wanting to listen to "her" music. That is such a sad song! :(

It is definately country.

My husband just got our stereo hooked up Sunday, and I just realized it after dinner last night. I heard this song at least 2 or 3 times between 6pm and 2am. I used to hear it everyday on the way to work, then again on the way home. I only work 3.5 hours daily if that tells you how often they play it. I listen to 92.9 on the radio.

I just love music of any kind that taps into my emotions. Movies too. If I cry, it's a winner, lol!

There is another song that for some reason makes me think of my dearly departed Father In Law that just brings tears to my eyes. "One more day" I think by Shennandoah (not sure I spelled it right).

Concrete Angel by Martina McBride is sad too. And there is a song by John Michael Montgomery - The Little Girl. It is very sad to :(.

took all of three songs for me to hear the song last night. Of course that was the secong Asher wanted me to read him a book and he wouldn't let me listen to the song in peace. I think the JMM one is a zillion times sadder.
