Son's 13th Birthday

I live in Sonoma County and my son will be turning 13. Does anyone have a great idea for celebrating this special life date without going over the top. I want to do something special to mark his teens, with him a few of his close friends, without going into debt doing it. Thanks. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

hmmm... What's your budget? If the weather were better I would suggest Scandia, though you could still go and just do the games... Though if it is
just games that would get done then there's chucke cheese.. they have a lot
of games all for 1 token/1 quater... What kind of things is your son into? There's the batting cages, or maybe take him and a couple friends to a matinee, get some frozen pizza for home and have a game/movie night sleepover... maybe hire a reptile guy to come to your house for a party... bowling...
