My dentist said I'd really benefit from an electric toothbrush, specifically an Oral B or Sonicare. But when I try to look up info on them I'm baffled by all the choices!!! Anyone have one that they would recommend? I was looking at the Sonicare Flexcare model.

Thanks!

Never used Sonicare but I have an Oral-B and I like it. If you've never used an electric toothbrush, it tickles like hell at first!

We are on our 2nd Sonicare and really like it. They last forever. I think we have had the one we have now for 2 years and the one before we had for 4 years. Not sure about the flexcare model because ours is the older version. The only complaints I have is the base of the toothbrush head gets gross if you don't let it air out. You won't have to worry about that though because the new models aren't made the same.

We have the Sonicare that they have at Costco and love it. We've had it for maybe a year or so. We had an older model for about 3 or so years which the battery finally died in before and also loved it. I'll never use anything else.

Sonicare all the way, I used the Oral B and it never worked as well as the Sonicare does. I feel like I just went to the dentist ad my teeth are all smooth and nice!

Thanks ladies. I ordered the Sonicare Flexcare from Costco.com. They had a package with 2 brushes for the same price that I was finding elsewhere with only 1 brush. Then there was a $30 instant rebate on the thing that completely covered the tax & shipping!

Sweet! I'm excited to get it :)

I agree, I have had both and sonicare is a dream, cleans those sweaters right off your teeth....you feel like you went to the dentist after every brushing...oral B gets the job done, but the ultrasonic technology of the sonic care really makes a difference!
