Callum's bday is quickly approaching. He wants a spiderman party. First of all I want a cool invite. What is the best site to download a template from? I found a few but they all required installing software. My home computer is a dinasour and I'd rather not have to do it at work so I don't want to install multiple programs to find the right one.

Any creative ideas for spiderman decor/food? We are having the party outside at our house which is picnic area and play structure. I have big black cobwebs from halloween. I know there is tons of spiderman crap I could just buy, but I'd rather be creative. Of course I'm not really creative that way. If any of you have ideas to share please do!

When Caden had a Spiderman party, we played pin the spider on the web... I took a piece of posterboard and drew a web and then got some largish spiders from the party store and put double stick tape on their bellies and the kids stuck them on the web.

We bought cans of silly string from the dollar store and just let everyone have it to "shoot webs". This was a huge, huge mess to clean up but everyone had so much fun, I would do it again.

If you Google Spiderman parties, you'll find a ton of ideas.

Have fun!

You could make a "spiderweb" for over some of the food. Just melt sugar, use a metal bowl greased drizzle the melted suger over and let cool.

We took string and attached one different colored string to each goodie bag. My friend and I tangled up the string all over the place to make a web. When the kids came in they were given their color (some were easier than others since I had a multiaged party) and they had to follow and untangle their string to find their goodie bag.

if you are able to find stuff, printing free coloring pages or decoration online would help, I did a ton of that for Skye's party...

I couldn't find design templates for the invites. Instead I'll incorporate some spider web/man images and print them on red paper.
