I have been waiting forever for the dvd to come out and just by luck i found it today. I know i have said i'm tired of Blue's Clue but Myah jsut loves it. So today i thought i would look it up and sure enough i found the 10th anniversary special Blue's Clues - Blue's Room - Meet Blue's Baby Brother

oh i know...its a true sign of being a mom...we get excited about finding a silly movie for our kids where as if it was before kids we might have gotten excited about a new CD or movie that we wanted.

Okay so Blue's Clues arrived today (along with other fun stuff from the UPS guy) and i jsut couldnt wait to give it to Myah. She has been a holy terror today having one melt down after another. So much so that i had to take a nap by myself while she watched TV with daddy. Needless to say, I'm a wreck today.

Well once the UPS guy finally decided to show up which was about 730 tonight i couldnt wait to give the movie to her. I think she has already watched it three times and has calmed down. Maybe the tylenol helped too but either way she is quiet for the moment.

The DVD has a great feature which with will repeat play the 3 movies over and over. Yeah, no more going down stairs every 20 min to start a new episode. I know i'm going to love this in the late evenings when Myah usally watches Blue's Clues after everyone has gone to bed and we are the only ones up.

For the most part Myah plays all day and gets into everything but in the evenings she loves to settle down and sing along to Blue's Clues. It is only for about an hour or two but that is her time so its going to be nice for both of us have our own time.
