If anyone is looking for another cookie recipe, I made these this morning and they are really good! Salina said they are her new favorites and they are easy to make, you could probably make them with any seedless jam you have on hand.

On another note, Becky's recent thread about the Kitchenaid mixer reminded me that I had my MIL's old mixer which I thought was missing a part so I hadn't been using. I lugged it out and it wasn't missing anything, it was fabulous! Never doing it by hand again :)

Looks so yummy...
Hey i have a question...why do thumbprint cookies always call for seedless jam?....i personally love the seeds and had one hell of a time finding a jar of preserves at Safeway yesterday. This was the first time i found out that i cant buy Knott's Berry Farm Boisenberry Preserves up here...duh, it must be a so cal thing but i was so disappointed. I had to improvise but I tell you, i was standing in front of the jam isle forever trying to find a berry preserve with seeds in it.
