Okay so we obviously stay inside a lot more when it's crappy outside... which probably means we watch a lot more TV.

Although no one likes commercials there are some that I think are hilarious... Like the milk commercials with the aliens ("Please accept this offering of dead vegetation in return for your wonder tonic.") :lol

And my LEAST favorite ones are the ones for "Head On" (head ache junk you rub on your forehead) and Burger King's "Big Huckin' Chicken" commercials. I find those so annoying that they are almost personally offensive. :)

Just curious which ones you ladies like!

Since we got a DVR, I rarely watch commercials anymore because I just never watch live TV. Commercials have become so annoying, I can barely stand to watch them. However, ESPN usually has pretty funny commercials and I always like the happy cow commercials.

i have to say (and this is *not* a popular opinion) that my favorite commercials on right now at the VW "holy..." commercials. I love how real they are, and it always reminds me to be alert when on the roads

There is one that Victor saw that i totally missed but would love to see....

The commercial was on the tech channel and it was a scene from the movie Office Space where the guy was playing a game on the computer when the comes up to his cubical. Victor said that instead of tertis playing on his screen it was a new game. I thought is was kind of cleaver.

I also like the Comcast one for "Save Moolah..." But I hate Comcast!

I love the Got Milk and Happy Cow commercials. I like those car commercials with the creepy German guy trying to talk in ebonics about pimping his ride :D
Korbel used to have some good ones around New Years too.

Brian loves that one with the chick flies off the treadmill and the old scientist guy says the product is off the hizzy, he always busting a gut on those ones.

I hate those Every Kiss Begins with Kay commercials that pop up now and around Valentines like all woman are big Diamond Whores.

okay, there are several commercials that seriously crack me the hell up.
i LOOOVE the "top five" secret lover commercial..
and the one where they asked the kids who was in their top five.
the daughter names off 5 girls
the son says "that's funny, b/c (names of same 5 girls) are in my five too... your friends are HOT!!"

i just thought of a few of my favorites....

I love the Vonage commercials...Most recently is the stupid blonde who wants to run out in the ocean with the sharks that she thinks are dolphins, but gets hit in the head by the box...its so lame but it makes me giggle. Its a bad blonde joke i know.

My top favorite though is the guy in the gym who is running on a tredmill and is bragging to the black guy next to him about how his phone can play music. Just as he mentions that he found the phone in the locker room the black guy hits the stop button and the dumb ass hits his head on the treadmill and falls down. Turns out the phone belonged to the black guy who lost it in the locker room. I swear i laugh at that one everytime...

Now you all know how twisted my sense of humor can be.

Me too! I have a "thing" for diamonds! And I LOVE those two commercials too! The "secret lovers" one makes me LMAO every time! :biglaugh

Don't get me wrong, I don't *dislike* diamonds, I am no moron :D My thing is just that the commercials seem to try and convince men that is the only way to go but they show the same piece of cheap generic jewlery so if I got that along with thousands of other women on Christmas, I would be a little annoyed. And the whole "Every kiss begins with Kay" insinuates that if you get her diamonds that it will start with the K in "kiss" and end with the K in "f**k" too, ya know?? :D

Anyhoo, it seems I am fast forwarding through too many commercials because I don't recognize all of these ones!

There was this really funny commercial several years back. I don't even remember what they were selling. This guy picks up a girl for a date. He opens the door for her and then once she is in the car he closes it. She lets out a huge fart. Then he gets into the car and turns to the back seat and introduces her to the couple in the back seat. She is sooo embarrassed. I cracked up every time it came on :biglaugh. Then they took it off the air because it had offended so many.

i like the cell phone commercial about the dropped call. it is a couple and the bf calls his gf and says : im glad im the only manin your world" and then the call drops out but you can read her lips saying "aw your are baby" but he says "i am the only man in your world right?, baby? who is i? is it earl? and then the commercial ends saying dont let a dropped call ruin you relationship! hah it makes me laugh!!!

I've never seen the fart commercial, but it cracked me up just reading it!

I also love the "milk shake" commercial where the guy is shaking the cow tot he music. LOL

I was just watching TV tonight and saw the new Geico caveman commercial with the therapist, all those caveman ones are funny just because the cavemen are so bitchy and emo about the discrimination :D

LOL! I think my fav is still the one where the spokesperson goes out to dinner with them to apologize and the one caveman orders the duck with the mango salsa and the other says he doesn't have an appetite and just glares :D Who knew cavemen were so snarky?!
