OK, not sure if any of you remember my TV saga a few months back, but here is the quick(er) version. We bought a TV in February, it broke in April. Couldn't return it (should have gotten one from Costco!) so we had to send it to Colorado on my dollar to be fixed. They got it in June, in August, it still wasn't fixed. I went back and forth with Westing house multiple times and they finally agreed to send me a *new* one-which I found out later would be *refurbished*. Got the new TV, was a different model, bigger than the original 30", but older so it didn't have some of the things we had with the first one. Whatever, we decided not to waste anymore time dealing with them and keep it-but it was broken too! Most of the inputs worked, but some didn't, but we were too tired of dealing with them and didn't want to wait another 5 mo for a TV and kept it. In the mean time, I contacted Better Business Buearu (thanks Jackie!) and didn't hear anything back.
Well, today, I got a knock on the door from the UPS man...he had a big package for me and I wasn't expecting anything. Turns out the BBB contacted Westinghouse with our problem and they sent us a new TV! Not only is it new, but it is 37" and has the right inputs and a built in HDTV tuner! It doesn't say anything about us sending back the old TV so now we have 2 flat screen TVs :)
