I am so used to having three Babies R Us stores to choose from that are all 10 miles from my house. Of course that was back in SO Cal. Yes I want to head over to one of those that are really far away. I only know of the one in Sausalito, CA which is why i havent gone yet. I dont want to drive that far alone. As for when, I would love to head out the second week of January. I cant this coming week becuase my brother and sister are coming over on wednesday and I have a friend from Germany also visiting probably thursday or friday. I suppose there is still the weekend but considering i have such a full week ahead i think its better to wait until next week. I dont want to push myself to hard and end up in labor. How much of a drive is it and when you go, are you bringing the girls? becky 12-31-2006, 12:37 PM Well...When i go i will just have Myah, Kayla will be in school. That way there is one less kid and we can beat traffic. That is unless someone would rather go on the weekend then i will have two kids. as far as sizes, they go up to tot. It was a sad day when Kayla out grew all her 4T clothes becuase I couldnt shop for her at Babies R Us anymore. They definately have stuff for Alaina in both toys and clothes. I think that is where my mom got Kayla's tot bed and bedding too if my memories is correct. Distance, i think the one is Sausalita is the closest but that is jsut before the Golden Gate bridge so that will give you an idea for distance. justamom 12-31-2006, 07:40 PM I hope you guys have a safe trip! I am up for a w/e roadtrip there Tina, that way daddy could take most of the kids/or we could meet whoever there. justamom 12-31-2006, 08:38 PM I went there with Miaja this summer and Andrew was dissappointed to discover that he was too old/tall to go into the playroom. Alexis, however, was happy to learn she was finally old enough to go in. The last time we went before that trip Alexis was 18months old and in diapers. They do not allow diapered kids into the playroom. So she went in alone and had a great time. The one here does not have the huge ball pit I am used to though! We are still trying to figure out how to get there though since Kayla is out of school and it looks like we will each have to take our own car (bummer) Anyone is welcome to come along though.
