View Full Version : Baby Stores in SR?

As much as i would love to go, I am not going back to Babies R Us until after the baby comes. It is just to far for me and i want to stay in Santa Rosa until the baby is born. I know i have some issues with my registry but i have to say oh well and not fix it becuase i can not and will not be able to go back to the store.
That said, what local shops are here in Santa Rosa? I have only been to Cupcake in Downtown Santa Rosa which i just love and and Reverie Baby in Montgomery Village which is where I buy Myah's shoes.
I would love to check out other local shops in Santa Rosa. As you all know I love Babies R Us but with it being so far away and not being able to go until after the baby comes I still need my baby fix and want to see what is local.
I only want stores in Santa Rosa for now though. Like i said, i would prefer not to leave this area until after the baby comes. I know its strange but as i get closer to the end of the month i dont want to travel much at all unless its north which will make me closer to the hospital anyway :lol

Baby news is good and on SR ave right near you. They have a good selection of carseats, high chairs, baby bedding, etc. Are you looking for anything in particular?

not really anything in particular but we all know some stores carry things that other stores dont. I need a high chair and even though i scanned one at BRU i dont see it. So i wanted to see what there is local. Of course there are also other little stuff that we dont think about until we see it so i wanted to go check it out.
When Myah was born i used to travel all over the place checking out stores and ever took a drive with her and my mom to Costa Mesa (45 miles from my house) just to go to the Right Start store. I found so many great things there and even a favorite toy for Myah.

wee three is a new/consignment store... lots of cute little things, but not much nesseceties-wise... but i love going and looking at all they have

Myah is using Kayla's wooden high chair and I just love it. I couldnt find one like the one she has to this was the next best thing. Myah loves her chair even tough she doesnt use the top part of it anymore. its just the right height for her.
No problem, glad someone will be using it instead of it just sitting back there. I will have John get it out and clean it up tonight and I can bring it to you whenever. Are you going to the felt party? If not, PM me and we can figure it out :)

I don't think Target was mentioned. I registered there when I had Hannah.
I like Wee Three a lot but as a pp mentioned they don't have a lot of practical things. Some folks like the Baby Depot in Burlington Coat Factory (it is in Rohnert Park though) -- a few years back they had a terrible return policy...
