View Full Version : Hundreds of Photos! CrystalD 08-26-2009, 02:57 PM I love taking photos with my easy point and shoot camera, but I NEVER print or have them developed. I just dumped my camera of 501 photos?! Do you put your photos in albums? Do you make cool photo books? Do you have them stored on your computer? Do you have a backup in case your computer crashes? Yes mine too are organized by year and month or event. meeg124 08-26-2009, 03:04 PM This is nothing compared to Brooke :giggle but when we take pictures, we take tons of pictures... for our 3 day trip to SD, we took 600 pictures and on Sunday at a family reunion, I took almost 100. TaivensMama 08-26-2009, 03:15 PM i use flickr...I try to make specific albums so the pics are easily found and tag them with words...I wish I was as organized as brooke with flickr albums, but alas I am not...the only photos I have printed are on my walls.... surmick 08-26-2009, 03:42 PM Do you put your photos in albums? Digital ones but not printed ones...I do send them to the Walmart Printer occasionally for my mom to pick up in Texas. It is a nice treat for her since she still has dial up. One of my clients made a photobook every year of the whole family. I always wanted to do one but I am to busy to do that :( Do you have them stored on your computer? external HD with a back up to my tape drive though I am due for a back up again Do you have a backup in case your computer crashes? Not really. I need to upgrade my computer HDs and my CD to a DVR. One day though. For the most part I will always have something on flickr so at worst case they are good enough to print into an album. Anything i want printed bigger gets framed on my wall colleen&Kail 08-26-2009, 08:51 PM i put them all on flickr, and everytime my camera fills up i put them on a digiatl CD. i will go through and print the cute ones but i am really behind on my albums... jenhundley1 08-26-2009, 11:44 PM My photos sit on the camera until the card is full. Then I get annoyed b/c I'm running out the door and I realize I need the camera for some event, but it's full!! I actually only seem to print out a few photos from time-to-time and give them as gifts. I've thought it would be cool to do a book, such as blurb.com w/ tons of photos. My husband & I spent 6 mos. travelling in South America and did not print one photo! We have tons and I fantasize about surprising my husband w/ a book I make on blurb.com. I'll keep fantasizing!!
