We have Dorian in a Boulevard, and he peed in it so we washed the cover. This is really hard to explain if you don't have this seat, but to make a long story short, when we put the seat back together and went to adjust it to the right spot for him, something got stuck and bent and we couldn't get it to go back to normal. I called Britax today thinking we might have to order a replacement part or something, but nope, they're just going to send us a brand new seat! :woohoo I've heard before that they have great customer service, but you can't beat that!

Very cool! I have heard they can be hit and miss, replacing for broken cupholders yet not for cracked seats. Glad you got a good CS rep!!

I got the same kind of customer service when Caden broke the padding on his Compass seat. I thought they would tell me to just glue it back on or something but they sent a whole new seat! It did have to be within a year of purchase though...

Good to know, we are starting to look around at the next carseat from the bucket and I was thinking of going with Britax but I think I am pushing even more for one knowing they are really good with their customer service thanks ladies!

That is great! Do you still have the receipt and when did you get it? Just wondering how long their customer service lasts?
I bought it on AlbeeBaby in Feb, and I don't think I have the receipt anymore. I did register the seat, but she told me I'd be getting a new one before she asked for any info. I do have to send the old seat back, but they're paying the shipping, and when I asked she said that "as a courtesy" she'd let me keep the old cover as a backup. :thumb

OH wow a new seat And you get to keep the cover, man that's great especially for the future pee accidents! I have two britax seats...among a slew of other brands, but I also *heart* britax hehe

Becky, I washed Melody's Frontier at the same time and didn't have any problems with it. The headrest/harness mechanism with the Blvd is different and that's where I had problems.
