I didn't realize he was getting close to the end:( I can watch DD over and over and over and over again. But, funny thing is that even when I have it on DVD, I only seem to watch it when its broadcast on TV!

:( I didn't believe a friend when he mentioned it. I knew he was battling it, I just wasn't expecting the death for some reason.

I can hear the line now, "Nobody puts Baby in a corner." oh and the way his hand hungrily dragged up Jennifer Grey's thigh...." baby...wrwr... my sweet baby...wrwr.. your the one..... "

Pancreatic cancer is a really hard one to beat.

Anyone see the Outsiders? I think he was one of the older brothers in that.
I love the steamy scenes with him in Ghost, DD and Roadhouse.

He was great in Outsiders! That was a star studded movie if there ever was one.

I talked to my mom about this last night and she said the same thing about Pancreatic cancer. She said that she was "lucky" that she got liver cancer. That 's my mom, always finding that silver lining. :rolleyes

Used to be you would know people would die fast if they got pancreatic or ovarian cancer. Doesn't seem that way anymore with ovarian...thank god! My Aunt died from that 15+ years ago.
I've actually heard in remission from ovarian cancer now. I wonder what happens with the pancreas? Maybe it's part of the blood filter system?? Clearly I know nothing.

Yeah Outsiders was great. Loved the book too. Matt Dillon, Ralph Machio, Thomas Howell, Emilio Estevez, Diane Lane, Charlie Sheen and probably more I'm forgetting. What a great cast.
