I got this e-mail and though I'd share- I plan to probably go to the puppet show on 10/2:

Dear LandPaths Participants and Roseland Community Members,

The Tomatoes are bursting out at Bayer Farm!

Come buy fresh produce and support our school programs!

Bayer Farm is bursting with delicious produce that we are able to offer to the community at very reasonable prices. This helps support our ongoing programs at the Farm.

* Every Friday from 2-6pm we are offering farm fresh produce for sale and to taste.

* What’s available - Tomatoes (over 30 varieties), summer squash, cucumbers, tomatillos, peppers (both sweet and spicy), eggplants and green beans. Our produce is grown using organic methods.

* Bring your family – Activities at 4pm on every Friday through October

This Friday Sept 18 – Wool Spinning Demonstration and crafts

Sept 25 – Bike Course and Bike Repair with REI

Oct 2 - Puppet Show with the Imaginists

Bayer Farm is a unique project between LandPaths and the City of Santa Rosa Parks and Recreation that is providing access to the land and healthy organic produce for an urban neighborhood. Community garden plots serve over 30 families and a teaching garden provides hands on learning for nearby schools. We hope you can join us!
