I will be the first to admit that I take for granted that just because I use only the top ProLabs to print my work that I expect they will be perfect every time. Today's order was so not the case. Even though I made all my efforts to take the extra time to crop my photos to the final size before submitting them I still got one back that was cropped so bad that I wont even dare send it to my client. I had to check and double to check to make sure it was not my error and sure enough it was the lab. I am so disappointed and i hope on Monday I could get it reprinted (on their dime not mine). :fingerscrossed Part of me wants to raise a big stink about it because know this order will be delayed before I can give it to my client but the other part of me knows mistakes happen. While I know they are understanding I still feel bad that they will have to wait even longer because of the error at the print lab :( So much for my lovely thoughts that my print lab is perfect everytime :giggle
