Ok, not only do they offer station tours of the Rancho Adobe Fire District, but they also offer other classes:
Stop, Drop, and Roll
Teaching children the basics if their clothes catch on fire.
E.D.I.T.H.
Exit Drills In The Home
I will be calling them later this afternoon.
That's AWESOME.
I also want to set up a class JUST for SCM of infant and child CPR

That would be great Jackie. We never had a choking issue thank goodness, cause I would freak out and not know what to do.

Can't wait to see what you post, MIchelle. The stop, drop and roll would be perfect for our Cub Scout Pack(at least the Bears-third graders as thats a requirement for them).

I'm hoping that they're willing to do an abbreviated "talking" tour and let the kids see the fire engine. Hannah and I went to the SR one but they talked sooooooo long that she had a tantrum and we had to leave before she saw the truck. :(

Ok, we need to provide them with info.
How many adults/kids?
Which fire station? Petaluma, Penngrove or Cotati?
We also need to give them a few dates that we have in mind and roughly a time too, so that they can put us in touch with the Fire Chief of that station and see what date works best for them.
And of course, we need to tell them if it's for a station tour, etc....
Here is their website:
