see kai run has great customer service

J is on his 4th pair of See Kai Run shoes. I have never had a problem with any of them until this last pair of size 8 Coleman. The soles started peeling/separating from the uppers after one day's use. I was able to bring them back to the store but the replacement pair did the same thing. So I emailed the company and they are sending me another pair in a different style of my choice. (I guess I shouldn't get too happy until I actually receive the shoes.) And I hope that that this problem was just a fluke with this style because the quality of the shoes in the past has been great. J has been able to wear each pair until he outgrew them and he wears pretty much only 1 pair of shoes at any given time. (He's not a total clothes horse, I guess it's easier to be a fashion maven with a little girl!:tongue)

That's nice of them.
I love See Kai Run shoes. The problem I have with some of the shoes that Ayla has is the velcro starts to tear out too quickly and I had to fix it by hand on one of the pairs.

I love see kai run shoes too. Myah started in them and now Shelsea lives in them too. With Myah's first pair the soles did the same thing and we got them replaced. Since then every pair has been great and I hope you have the same luck as well
