New Feature #2 (1/28)

Our Reputation system is now up and running!
That means that when you see someone make a post that you just love and you want to give them props for, you can click on the little white "scales" icon next to their avatar (below it actually) and leave them a comment.

I've disabled negative comments b/c I don't feel that those are necessary, so only positive ones are allowed. It will increase their reputation points (and your comment will be listed in their profile as well, so people can see which posts they've made that were appreciated) and soon that little green square under their avatar will become a line.. it increases after certain increments of rep points.
So get to repping people! :)

aaaaand, now when you log in, at the top where it says "Welcome, XXX!", below that it will say "XX Unread posts since your last visit" :)

Wooo Whoo!!!! No unread posts!! While I like the new feature I predict it will drive me crazy b/c I will have to look at every new post. I am so OCD it's crazy! :nut

we've always had the "new posts" tab. I think this is the same thing. But yeah it is enough to drive one nuts :)

LOL, yeah, this way it actually gives you a number ;)

Oh, I totally like it. My cookies are just set to the "new posts' as oposed to the general forums so I "always bypass that step". Helps to see how many posts I still have yet to read though as I notice it counts down as you read :)
