Before & After: Pretty little girl

I am always amazed at what a little photoshop can do even after a decade of using it. I was putting together a proofing gallery for a client of mine and came across this adorable photo. Tonight momma expressed interest in seeing the before and after so I made this up for her.

In the original the scratch on her face needed to be removed, background darkened and then re-cropped to center. Then i popped the color and brightened the eyes. :love Its not a ton of editing but it sure makes a big difference with a few tweets here and there.

Cute! Too bad her right heal was behind the fabric in the original. It doesn't translate so well in the photo shopped one. I love the bright colors though! :thumb

ya I know :( and of course I would have loved to have her looking at me. She was running around while her momma was changing and plopped her self down and started singing.

Me too. :giggle Fiona is ALWAYS covered in bruises and scrapes and whatnot. Fearless, that child is!

Thanks for the kind words ladies. I love the bumps and bruises too. Unless I am told to remove those by the client I always keep them :giggle its memories. Most times mom's want at least one photo with all the mark which I think is so neat but I also can understand why they want that perfect photo too ;)
