Mia and I saw the cutest skirt at Gymboree the other day, but of course it is $30. I decided to take the challenge and make my own because she liked it so much.

very cute, I too have a problem buying anything I know I could make...although now I don't have an ounce of time to get my craft on!...although I still feel like taking photos is a great creative outlet...I have so many patterns I have no time to make...do you like patterns or are you more of a on a whim make it from your head type of person (I am a little of both, sometimes patterns just confuse me or I end up making so many changes to the pattern that it ends up being my own design anyway, but other times i like the ease of simple patterns)
