I wanted to post a review before I forget all the details. Thanks to meeting Lorna through SCM we hired Tim to knock down a wall in the new house we are moving into. We got quotes from anothe company as well but ultimately decided on Tim because he was knowledgeable, professional, his prices were appropriate and DH liked working with him. There was a large wall between a formal living room and family room and we had it taken out to make a big great room. Tim and his staff did a great job and were very professional and easy to work with. Tim is very knowledgeable about what he does and was very helpful when planning the job. He is detail oriented, does not forget or have to be reminded of anything and is just great. He thought of and did things that would not have occured to us. For instance when putting the light switches back in he made it so that one of the switches is ready for a future lighted ceiling fan. Little things that can make a big difference in the future. He also extended part of a wall for us on the other side so that our refrigerator is tucked into the kitchen and does not stick out. I give TL Brown Construction my highest recommendation so if you need anything done do not hesitate to have them quote your project for you! Our realtor met Tim when he was over meeting with Chris and was so impressed that she hired him to do some things for her at her new home as well. Now for pictures...

After - This is the same day the wall was taken down. It looks even better now, but I haven't taken more pictures. I can add more pics once it's all painted and perfect:

Can't wait to see the pics after the flooring is in and the walls are painted. It's such a nice big space now.
